Anchor point can be between door hinge or around/under anything heavy in your home like staircase bars or furniture. Convenient way to bring the reformer experience home or on the road with you.

Includes drawstring bag (one of the straps frayed, but bag still holds everything). Also poster of common moves and beginner guide. You can also sign up for their app that streams Pilates workouts to follow along with.
