Handmade by a family member for Halloween several years ago, probably in the early 2000s

I assume it''s meant to be a princess/bar maid/settler dress or something like that.

I am not sure what the material is but it seems like it is an acrylic blend.

Top Measures:

(The top is lined)

Shoulder to shoulder 15.5''''

Pit to pit 18" (36" doubled)

Shoulder to hem of the top 15" (measured at the shortest point)

Sleeve outseam 12.5" (measures to where the bell starts)

Bottom measures:

Waist 22" (laid flat and doubled)

Waist to hem of skirt 40"

Skirt laid flat to measure the circumference of the bottom 59" (118" all the way around)

Condition:

There are a few loose strings, and a place that has been fixed at the waist. (See pics) hem is coming loose in a place at the bottom.

Overall fantastic condition and good craftsmanship

Hook and latch closures, zippers work great.
