Kathryn, the pencils are not in shrink wrap as you can see, however are BRAND NEW and original. Note that presently, the "Violet CB 55" is in need of a new point. Of course, additional shipping could change this, (resulting in the loss of other tips, etc.) but at present, the set looks in excellent condition. The tins are as good as new, as are the plastic inserts. Care will be taken (as you know from previous shippments) to mitigate further damages.
